The process included a recruiter screening, an interview with a peer, an interview with the hiring manager, and then an assignment where you presented to the hiring manager, CRO, and another upper level manager. The recruiter ended up ghosting me after going through the entire process.

Very thorough interview process and is well structured, something you don't usually get in the SaaS world which speaks volumes to the type of business you are entering and in this case the professionalism and expectations Behavox has of incoming joiners. The different stages give a strong impression of the kind of conversations and scenarios you may face in the role. There was clear and honest communication all the way throughout with Adam leading the way at Behavox, which was reassuring.

The overall process was very positive with each step building on the last. Everyone was very willing to answer questions, schedule separate sessions to prep me for the test task, etc. Ultimately, you get out of it what you put in.
