Usual interview questions, “tell me about yourself” and “why do you think we should hire you” they give you a tour of the facility and then a sit in interview with clients! I thought it was awesome. It wasn’t hard at all

Entrevista
Had an initial phone interview then an hour long in person interview where I interacted with children and answered a bunch of character related questions. Filled out a personality questionnaire.
It was personable and asked about different scenarios. The selection process did not take that long. Will have to follow up. Orientation was about 2 days as well, then you are off to work.

The interview process was amazing!!! As a parent, it relieved me to know that we are thoroughly screened and processed. I'm extremely proud to be the newest member of the team!!
