After doing a question-based interview with the supervisors, you go on a tour of the clinic and get a feel of what you would be doing. Make sure you know definitions (ABA therapy) and about the company.

It was a 10 minute phone call with a supervisor who asked very vague questions, as if my resume wasn’t at her desk. Very lazy and ill-informed. and a tad condescending. She did not ask personal questions and instead asked poor scripted open ended questions, where there wasn’t a reasonable answer expected. It felt like she was challenging my understanding of the role, knowing it was entry level and I had no experience in it. So it was a easy lose. Overall, very poor and dare I say ignorant conduct. The company also sends out the same rejection letter and doesn’t offer any personalized feedback, which isn’t effective. To someone very interested and qualified in this field, I was very surprised to not get another interview and will take my skill set to another company.
