First interview by assistant manager. If ideal candidate then will have second interview with a different member of management. Store manager will usually contact with offer after second interview. Interview questions aren't the best. Never been a fan of watching interviewee struggle through most of the questions.

Fairly simple and quick Applied on lines and filled in the application Company response was within less then 2 weeks I was given a week to prepare for the interview I am waiting for my interview
Applied on-line. Phone interview first - 10 minutes long. I then interviewed with a district HR person for 30 minutes. Finally I interviewed with the DM for about 20 minutes. Many questions were about Customer Service.
