I had 3 interview sessions: with recruiter, design lead and product lead.
It went nice, but then they suddenly disappeared witout saying a word.
Not a big deal, but a kind of a strange behavior from the company claiming to be the talent-oriented game-channger on the market

It was a fast process. Quick responses and reactions from the recruiter. there was an hr call then a panel interview. Panel was consisting different members of the team and a design manager etc. It felt too distractive in general.

I was lucky to skip the Stage 1 'Call check' straight to Stage 2 'Skills check' with 2 interviews. Talked with Design and Product Lead first and then with CPO.
