Step 1 - Contacted by the recruiter, and we setup a call. The discussion was nice and positive. It was a general walkthrough resume, discussing in details about the roles, motivations towards joining and finally a handful of behavioral interview question.
Step 2 - On site in Berlin with the MD. Questions were very similar to first round. Since it is a company builder, there was some discussion about the current problems in the industry and open areas for building companies.
Step 3 - No communication after that despite follow up
