I felt like during the interview that I was not really asked pertinent questions relevant to the job. I was never really given an opportunity to talk about what I can do or how I can be an asset to the company. Mostly they did the talking and at the end I still didn't know exactly what they wanted for the new position. Everyone I spoke to was on a different page about where they wanted the position to go, etc.. Seemed unorganized.
