Responded to a post on Craigslist. Called in to meet the owner and his manager at their office in Newmarket. The interview was done out in the open in front of staff as their office at the time consisted of three rooms.

The Interview process is good and straightforward. the whole process time is about 30 - 45 mins. First, meet their team leader for a couple of technical questions and the second round will talk to the manager and CEO
