First one was by the zoom call and the questions were all so typical interview questions and it was okay. Then after a week they called for a presentation and gave me a topic and invited me to main office in Istanbul. I presented to two hr and director. One of HR read my CV during my presentation and asked me something about it. They didnt ask any questions, during first meet, director told me that i look different from the zoom call which doesnt make sense to till now. And they told me I look young for my age (30). During talk, they asked me a question about how i had scored IELTS C1 and while i answered, a guy came in and give us some water all of us and coversation was off and they were like uninterested and it was to me other thing that i found unprofessional. they asked me to sit down first and then they were like you should have stood up. I felt like confused and while i was making my presentation in English cause of their request, in the middle they changed it to Turkish. And after i finished, they asked me the thing that I already talked about for 45 minutes and i was like i already explained your question and i did again. They were so unprofessional and asked me few unrelated questions. I was hoping that they wouldnt hire me because i thought i could not be working with this environment as a team member and luckily they sent an email without name saying im eliminated sohwing that its a mass message.
