There was a three round interview. First one with recruiter via Phone, second via Team lead via teams and third one on site. Questions were based on situations and previous experience.

Die Ansprechperson war unfreundlich, hat immer ihr Handy geguckt und war sogar spät zum Termin. Nach dem Gespräch habe ich keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Ich würde mich bei Bayer nicht wieder bewerben.

Entrevista
1st stage: around two weeks after applying for a role had a quick call from the Head of HR Ops to discuss the role, 2nd stage: online interview (two interviewers), 3rd stage: an email, after a couple of weeks, with the update. The atmosphere was really nice.
The interview consisted of:
- a run through of my career and how this role matches future aspiration
- competency questions (only 4)
- my questions, next steps
