First there is a phone interview by a third party company. Then there is a technical interview either by the hiring manager or a committee. This may include a second day for a presentation. Finally, there is a 'LIFE' interview where they hope to weed out toxic employees by determining how you have responded to challenging situations. Answering these questions well requires evaluation and practice.
