I was interviewed by one lead and he was very nice and welcoming. Made fair questions and explained the position very well, asked what were my expectations. He asked which activities would be of my interest and motivation. He showed the facilities and work place as well as explained the company's production process and product.
The interview questions were very technical. The interviewers were very professional, friendly, and, respectful. The questions were directly based on my resume. I had three sets of interviews in 4 weeks

Entrevistas simples, nenhuma competência técnica testada, apenas fit cultural. No geral como a empresa têm uma cultura boa as perguntas eram bem conduzida sem ter pressão desnecessária. As perguntas foram sobre "minha história", "Porque eu quero a Bayer", "Onde me vejo daqui alguns anos" ... A Dinâmica de grupo foi conduzida em inglês mas o nível era bem básico.
2 rounds with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions focused on things listed on your resume but also be aware of techniques mentioned in the JD. I heard back from them after 2 weeks and they gave me 3 days to decide if I wanted to take the offer.
