After having gone through all those interviews, I have not even been informed of the outcome. Wrote back to them 5 weeks or so after the last interview when got informed that they selected someone else. I came to know later that this someone else actually received the proposal and started while I had not finished my interviews. Lack of transparency and no clearcut message on why selecting for a candidate who was not fully matching the requirements. Interviewers were very fine people. But the overall process is poorly managed, lack of coherence, gives a very very bad idea about the institution in spite of all the communication made around ESG.

Had a screening call with the HR person that was normal enough, although their job posting indicated the position could be in multiple locations when it was actually only available in one. Had a second round interview with the hiring manager that was a pleasant conversation but never heard from anyone again.

Long! I met at least 20 people over several rounds that covered 2 months. The people interviewing me were great. Most of the interview was behavioral and experiential. Have examples prepared for when you had to address a variety of situations.

Grueling process. Went through 13 interviews over several months and was selected out of 200 candidates. Be prepared to meet with MANY people. Decision making will be slow. Best advice is to have numerous examples in your career of how you handled difficult situations or people
