Entrevista
Interviewed with Monsanto (before Bayer takeover)
The process seemed very haphazard. Received a call for an interview and they asked me to fill out an online form with my availability. I could see the responses and names of all the other candidates as well (don't think that is normal).
Went to their local office for a presentation with a panel. There were about 5 people present (3 at the location, 2 at their HQ in Saint Louis). There were issues with the tele-conference system as well.
Presented some work with studies involving human subjects. The interviewers couldn't understand the concept that human subject studies cannot be generalized and classification results are usually subject specific. A couple of the members weren't paying attention during the presentation (from the start of the presentation). Why invite someone if you are just going to be rude?
The questions did not make a lot of sense, I felt I was being interviewed by people not from a DS background.
Hopefully things will be different under Bayer.

It was a technical. Asked for a brief introduction, asked oral questions regarding programming, data, and ml in general, and two coding questions. The interviewer was very nice and flexible about what you say.
Recruiter screening then interview with a hiring manager. Got ghosted in the end. I followed up with the recruiter to check if I was still in the process, and she said I was. A few months later it turns out she was let go.
Ok, I am good, I am prepared for the meta's interview. I would like to know more about its interview questions, such as coding, SQL, and case studies. I need to practice more about SQL and know how to answer the case study questions
