Typical process: online application, phone screening w/ HR, phone interview w/ a hiring manager, 2nd phone interview w/ Lab head, onsite interview for one day, follow-up phone interview w/ VP. It took over 5 months.
On site: 10min presentation, including Q/A, followed by 1:1 interview for 30min each session. A team I was about to join was small. It ended with group lunch.
