There was a sit down interview with the manager where your asked questions about how you would sell this and that. There were also behavioral questions and then questions based on previous job experiences. Then you watch a video based on training and they do quiz you on the stuff that you watched in the video and there is a workbook that you have to fill out.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
