For the most part the questions were very repetitive which focused on how you would deal with a difficult customer or referring back to a time when you had a hard time with a customer.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
