They scheduled an in person interview within a week of applying for this part time position. Interview was super quick, the manager was looking for key answers/ experience specifically pertaining to customer service, sales and retail experience. She offered me the job on the spot starting in 2 days.

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
