I applied in store & handed my resume directly to the manager. I was invited to come to an interview the following Thursday. It was a group interview with about 5 other people. I dressed casually, while others were more professionally dressed. The questions were based on customer service. Personality is very important as you'll be dealing with people all day, they want to see if you'd fit in with that sort of environment. They DO check references so have 2 prepared and make sure they will aid you in the hiring process. Don't list someone unless you're sure they'll give you a good reference. I've been working here for a couple of weeks now and i have to warn that you will not get a lot of hours out of this job. If you do have bills to pay, make sure to have another, better paying, job on the side. The holiday season is approaching, so i hope to get more hours out of that, but so far, i am not happy with a 4 hour shift once a week.
