It was a group interview of 3 people. The manager was very nice and friendly, and made the interview process enjoyable. It felt more of a conversation than an interview. All of the interviewees got an offer.

I had one group interview, a one on one with the store manager and then a phone interview with the dm. They accepted my hourly requirements.

The interview process was easy, they'll ask you what makes you a good fit for the job and can you demonstrate a product. Make sure you have a personality and you're able to sell consistently on the sales floor.
