Hiring process is fairly easy. It's in a group setting and the hiring manager is asking you questions. They ask you questions about theft, such as how would you handle if a customer is stealing. Also about how to sell to an audience and how would you cater to the customers needs.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
