I turned in an application to the store, got a call within a week to set up an interview. 2 days later I was offered a job and set up a time for training. very quick and easy interview. I was with a group of 5 people and were asked basic customer service questions such as how we would deal with a difficult customer, what would we do if a customer tried to return an item that was completely used.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
