I have been interviewed two times in this company and I would like to share that the interviewers are pathetic there because they do not listen to what the interviewee is saying.
Their ego hurt so easily . All they will do is try to make you fail in one particular area of your skill set and keep on stretching in that area instead of moving to another set of questions. Basware really need to change their interview panels at Chandigarh Location. Interviewers are too much inclined towards theoretical answers instead of practical ones given by candidate.

Interview process is little bit difficult. There are about 4 interview rounds, in which two rounds are technical and other are managerial rounds. During interview, we need to perform technical tasks

Not ask questions related current technology you are working and which have they requirements
Shortlist people who give answered 10/10 questions well
For 1 position many applications are there take week off for preparing interview because they ask any questions related your studies
