The interview process seems very tricky. Most of the questions asked during the interview have absolutely nothing to do with the position but much to do with the individual being interviewed. You may be told that you will have a second interview however, not a single person who got hired had a second interview that I know of. If you make it to the first interview you will probably get the job.

The most difficult question is about a time in which you have failed at leadership. No matter which level of employment you seek in the company you will encounter this question. Truthfully, I don't think it matters what you say to this question.

Waste of time, does not value actual experience, just if you can answer there random questions about your character exactly to their liking. Sounded like a DEI trap as I answered everything authentically, and have more then enough experience in hunting, bows, and fire arms, seemingly having more experience than the dude interviewing me.

the hiring process was simple, very laid back, yet professional. The interview took only 15 or so minutes and was offered a job on the spot. The GM of the store then introduced me to the store HR manager where I was given pre hire paperwork. Overall, process took 3 business days.
