There were two people in the room. One asked me the questions while the other kind of explained what the job was and the responsibilities. It was kind of unsettling to only have one person do the talking while the other just kind of stayed and listened to my answers.

It was very cool having conversations about fishing and my knowledge of the sport to make sure I would be appropriate for the position, I was asked when I could start after the interview was over because they were very impressed.

Applied online and got denied once. Applied again and they emailed me saying thanks but the position is no longer vacant. Applied 3 months later and got a phone call from HR to interview.

Entrevista
General and brief. They were interested in my fishing knowledge and asked me a few basic questions customers might ask. I had to be willing to lift over a certain amount of weight, connect with customers who needed help finding items in the store, and managing inventory on the shelves throughout the day. This job requires a drug test no matter what state you are in.
