It took me over 2 months to get hired here. I only went in for 2 interviews but went back and forth via email dozens of times with the store manager. Heres the catch, it doesnt matter who likes you, if the HR manager says no (she is the final interview), then you dont get hired. She overpowers the Store manager- doesnt make a lot of sense to me. Everyone puts on a great front, very smiley, happy, polite.

They did not ask any odd, difficult questions... very cut and dry. Nothing unique that made me think or caught me off guard.

Behavioral Based questions, nothing about personal strengths or character. Questions consisted of" tell me a time when...." Found the process to be very cut and dried, interviewer did nothing to set a tone, simply read the questions and made notes.
