I was contacted via phone by a senior HR member who scheduled an interview with me within the current week, and I interviewed on a Friday and and was told if I didn't hear back by the middle of the following week to reach out to her to see if I would be interested in another position

Phone screen followed by video call. Both the screener and the hiring manager seemed great. Hiring manager outlined next steps based on whether a candidate moves forward or not in the hiring process.
