I went to a pre-screening interview, along with about 4,000 other applicants. I was given a 1:1 interview and asked basic questions like why do you want to work here, what outdoor activities do you participate in, tell about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, tell about your experience as it relates to this position, etc. They are still in the pre-screening process. Store is not opening for two months, so we'll see what happens.
