I applied online and managed to secure an on site interview shortly. Wasn't really impressed with the office, team mentality, and the old technologies being used, that's why I took up an offer with their competitors instead. It also had one of the weirdest compensation structure that I have seen in my career. Like the most recent Glassdoor review says, I consider committing for a year or two as career suicide because of its obsolete technology stack.
