Entrevista
A recruiter for Barton Associates found my resume on Indeed and asked me if I was interested in the position. Honestly, I wasn't. Especially after I looked at the reviews on Glassdoor and people said how this job is literally harassing people with phone calls. As in, even if they tell you they're not interested and hang up, you need to keep calling. However I decided to go in anyways for an interview because might as well get more interview practice. I can honestly say that was the worst interview I've ever had. I was hardly asked any questions about my skills and experience. I asked the guy interviewing me to go into more detail about the position and he literally admitted that the job was spamming people with phone calls all day. Aren't you supposed to sell the position and make it sound interesting? After he said that, it was hard to fake even the slightest interest in the position.

Pretty straight forward. Initial phone call to get to know you. Mostly for you to ask questions.
Next is in person interview. Talk to manager and they ask you basic interview questions. Past jobs. Strengths weaknesses.

Had a phone screen and then and in person interview with 2 managers. Was there for about 2 hours. Just a casual conversation with both managers. They are really looking for people who are personal and they don't particularly care about your knowledge about the company when you come in for the interview. After the in person interview, I heard back from the person who did my phone screen later that afternoon basically telling me that I got the job. Was emailed with an offer the next day.
