Straight forward questions like: Biggest weakness, and strength? How do you handle rude customers? Name a time you faced adversity? What is your spirit animal and why? What are your goals for success? Are you comfortable calling strangers?

Had a phone screen and then and in person interview with 2 managers. Was there for about 2 hours. Just a casual conversation with both managers. They are really looking for people who are personal and they don't particularly care about your knowledge about the company when you come in for the interview. After the in person interview, I heard back from the person who did my phone screen later that afternoon basically telling me that I got the job. Was emailed with an offer the next day.
