Phone interview - asked me plenty of questions on Phase 2 and 3 trials(the indications I worked on) , the difference , which one I personally prefer to work on , why I want to work in clinical research , what I stand to gain and what I can contribute - and standard questions on my experience and qualifications and how they are suited for this role
