Process started with an email requesting my salary expectations. This was sort of a red flag for me to begin with as we have had zero conversation at this point. First interview went well, was a "get to know me " type of interview. I was told the position was a offering a salary range that was less than what the listed salary range was on a job board for this position. They quickly corrected this. Second interview came a week later, was fairly technical as there was a handful of developers on this interview. It seemingly went very well, had answers to all the questions I believed were mostly correct. I was told a few days later they'd have an answer for me by the end of the following week. The following week comes up, I touch base, then am told that they were caught up and hope to have a definitive answer by the end of the next week (2 weeks after second interview). This was the last I hear from them - ghosted.
