There was a external agency involved who didn't had proper information about what is going on inside the company. There were total 3 rounds : 1. Technical discussion - Almost of 1 hour, Questions about Angular, Javascript, HTML and CSS . Coding of javascript while code sharing. Difficulty - Medium 2 Technical discussion - Almost of 1 hour, Questions about Angular, Javascript. Coding of javascript and Angular concepts while code sharing. Difficulty - High 3. Hotchpotch discussion (L3 ) - Started with discussion with some senior person. Generic questions about life work and teams. Then joins another person who again starts to talk about the same things. Not sure if you want to talk about same things you should join at the start or you should have another call separately for the discussion. Questions around why you have changed 3 companies in the span of 9 years. I guess they only hire freshers(PUN intended, they don't hire freshers also) because people coming from different companies will have to change switch in order to bring experience to the table. Seriously the senior management guys are just sitting there with nothing good to do. Anyway, all the rounds were done. They told to wait as everybody will be on leave for New Year. I tried reaching after the holidays. First the agency didn't had any update. They told me that they need a final managerial discussion, it will be scheduled soon. And after again following up for 4-5 days, finally the agency told me that they will update me in few minutes. After 2 weeks from the last round, they told me that there was a L3 reject. Not sure how they process but I know if you talk about scheduling L4, the previous round should have cleared. See I think either they are doing Ghost hiring (Something you do only to show but don't do it actually) or they wait till they get someone else with lesser package . They will keep you waiting untill then and then will ghost you out.
