However, during the second round, which was competency-based, the agreed-upon interview format, encompassing Leadership Principles, Business Skills, and Interpersonal Skills, was not adhered to. The interview commenced without a proper introduction to the role and team. Furthermore, an additional participant joined the call unexpectedly, lacking familiarity with the job description, and posed unrelated questions spanning various technologies not pertinent to the role or my resume. Throughout the interview, the screen displayed only the initials of the interviewers, leaving me with an impression misaligned with my expectations of Barclays' interviewing process.
