Situational questions I cleared the first round and the second round went exceptionally well. However, I was still rejected. Even after writing an email about the reasons for not clearing the second interview, there was no response. Mind you : if you have ever applied for Barclays before and got cleared all the interviews, then decided not to proceed to work with company, Barclays does keep a note of that. No matter years later if you apply again and decide work for Barclays, they will dig the history and use that against you. This happened with me.
