I applied through Modern Guild, completed a finance accelerator program and got the Sophomore Internship. There was the application drop, phone screen, then you're invited to the on-site super day. The super day consisted of multiple interviews with Heads of desks and divisions, workshops, and networking events.

I had a 2:1 on campus interview for first round. A bit later, I was invited to a Superday in the NYC office. It was 3 1-on-1 interviews with different MDs. All behavioral.
