For any B3 opening the hiring is mostly done through IJP-Internal Job Posting method. Interview Process consists of 3 rounds for the opening of a QA. 1) A written exam 2) Presentation Round 3) Ops/Competency round.

You might be grilled in the second round, with questions like, How have you handled criticism in past? What did you do when your suggestions were not considered?
6 rounds of interview, mostly techincal ranging from math, statistics, probability and coding. one behavioral round with standard STAR based questions. multiple rounds were held on the same day. All in all, difficualty level was average but code efficiency was an imp part of the testing.
