Very competency based using the STAR technique. Asks lots of questions asking you describe times when you acted a certain way or behaved in a certain manner. If you don’t give enough information they will prompt you further.

Tell me about a time you had to analyse information to make a difficult decision
Good and easy. The process was simple after the online assessment and I got responded to pretty quickly as well so overall it didn’t take long and it was smooth
The very first round was GD, in which the interviewer gave a topic, women are better multitasker, and asked to speak either supporting or against it. But did not allow the individuals to make their choice. Both of the interviewers were female and selected candidates based on their personality and not on their communication skills. I gave the live examples but I think they were looking for theoretical answers as they selected a candidate who gave scripted answer.

Group discussion, but actually no discussion it was just like a topic and each person need to present their views, women are better multitasker.
