Applied online, was reached out to via email by a someone with banner recruitment for a twenty-minute phone screen interview. The recruiter was adamant that the position I applied for was in a different city, after some back and forth she apologized and said she has so many positions she can’t keep them straight. After about five minutes reviewing my background it was decided I don’t have the necessary coding experience for the position. I don’t claim to have any coding experience in my resume and found this to be a great waste of time.
