After applying a recruiter reached out for a phone screen, which was a basic “tell me about yourself” kind of call. They explained the position, rest of the process, and what the salary would be. After that, an in person interview was setup with the manager, one of the team members, and a product owner. This interview was behavioral and also discussed what projects I had previously worked on. Overall, the process was very relaxed, and everyone was easy to talk to and banter with. From application to offer was approximately 2 months.

Panel interview with the entire development team and the director of the team. They took turns asking behavioral and technical questions. After questioning, they took me to an office and gave me test problem that they wanted pseudo code solutions to. Received a call in about 2 weeks with an offer of employment.
