3 rounds interview including the final round were all conducted over Skype or phone. During one of the interviews, the recruiter on the other end did not even turn on web camera, I was the only one on the line that dressed professionally and turned on web cam. This was quite strange, given that they reminded me to dress properly for Skype interview in previous email. The managerial people I interviewed with are professional and nice. However the entire process seems like they wanted to know everything about me, while not allowing enough time for me to ask question. Even when I do get chance to ask questions about culture and organization, I get very generic answers.
