First there was an online exam, taken in the Bank HQ. It had three parts: English language, IQ, and the last part was in software engineering and programming skills. It was academic more than technical. The result is sent in the email directly after submitting the answers. Then they called me for a panel interview with IT manager, HR manager, Software section head and an HR employee

It is an efficient process with hr screening then technical interview. The last step is the culture fit. Hr is very proactive, friendly and helpful .I highly recommend applying if you have what it takes to succeed.
