It took 3 and a half months! 4 interviews + reference check And yes I didn't get the position even if i was highly qualified! I have tried to have a feedback to understand their reasons and got ghosted! It was a dream crusher! I still feel sad and confused about it. On the last interview the manager told me: Oh this is not the place to look for a good salary! we don't pay well here!
