The interview process started off well, until I had made it to the third round of interviews and stopped receiving any contact from them. Not until I sent them two separate emails over the span of a few weeks did they tell me that I was not given the position. All of this was a bit confusing to me, especially since they had let me know in a previous interview that I was the only candidate left being considered for the position. I can understand them choosing to go in a different direction, but the sudden loss of contact combined with the mixed messaging was very frustrating.

2 rounds and a panel interview. They use the STAR METHOD to assess behavior during crisis. HR taps contacts you after your screening to set you up with interview. Manager seemed inexperienced during breakfast the interview.
