Phone and in person interview. First contacted by email, phone set up then scheduled in person interview after the phone interview was passed. Felt comfortable with the interviewer and the schedule ran on time, which is a nice change from late.

I went through one interview. It was very straight forward, nothing too difficult.
Also it lasted no longer than twenty minutes. Show your personality, be yourself, and don't be afraid to talk because it's a customer service job.
