Very thoughtful and well structured interview process. Even if your resume has some rough patches, they assume the best and give you a fair shot with an in-person interview. They challenge you, ask hard questions, and the conversation will push you. They still treat you with respect and carry themselves professionally whether you get the offer or not. I’ve been a SDR for almost 2 years and have years of sales experience. They knew this from seeing my resume. I got a call out of the blue from the recruiter and he asked a couple of questions. I told him what I was targeting and what I was making at my last role and he said ok, let’s schedule an interview. The interview is scheduled for 5pm EST. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say the salary he offered here but it was the lowest I’ve ever heard, so low I actually started laughing because I didn’t know what else to say. And they wanted me to relocate to Utah! The recruiter was nice enough and he doesn’t control compensation, but he heard the number I told him initially and it was nowhere even close so I felt like they wasted my time.
