      Entrevista

      1st Phone then interview at workplace (one in person, one via computer -facetime). Weird interview. Lots of questions that if answered honestly would result in negative feedback. It was the basic DWS interview with a lot more "tell me when you had a bad experience with...What didn't you like about....Tell me about a client you dealt with who was angry... It just seemed like their questions are geared toward negative responses. Reflecting on everything, I really screwed up. I definately was not on top of my game. I had traveled 2 hours through a windy canyon, which made me car sick, top that with my nervous stomach. Ugh!! The results are/were disasterous! Between my pounding headache and rolling stomach, everything I had been taught about interviewing went out the window. I am honest by nature so it is hard for me to remember that they don't want to hear true answers, just answer like they teach you in the interview class. They just want you to answer the way DWS and other interview training courses tell you. ie - tell me 3 of your best and worst qualities. They want answers like (worst is that i love chocolate, etc ) They don't want to hear about real life situations or true answers like (I am sometimes generous to a fault, I am a worrier, etc.) I was told that they would contact me the following day. I haven't heard anything since bombing the interview. Bummer cause I traveled 2 hours for the interview. Fuel and travel costs set me back $50 and that's a lot for an unemployed single parent. A call or text or anything (a job haha!) would have been nice, but I could tell that they didn't care for me in the interview so I wasn't waiting by the phone or anything. Regardless, it would have been nice to talk to the HR guy and hear a little feedback, or explain that I wasn't up to par at that time. Overall, I'm out some money, but I did gain yet more interviewing experience so not a total loss for me. It's Their LOSS! With my education and experience, I could have/would have ROCKED that position! Interview Reflections: Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda, ..Oops....... Next Time I'm Gonna!!

      Entrevista

      One-way interview, BambooHR uses an audition style interview process where you answer questions while a webcam records you without the interviewer on the other end. Then the video is reviewed by HR and you are informed if you receive an offer or not.

      Very quick interview but lacked details of the specified position. Ability to work from home which is nice. Training provided and application involved “tests” to see how you would handle certain situations.

      Very Lengthy process- but worth it. It’s cool seeing a company care so much about the culture that Bamboohr has to offer its employees. I had never had an interview process like Bamboohr but it was a cool experience.
