I was brought into their conference room, sat down with the the executive director, and we just started talking about my experience in sales and training. She then brought in the co-founder to discuss my experience, and we shared some personal stories. The co-founder then decided i would be a great fit for the company based on my personal story and my experience, and i was all but hired on the spot.
