Streamlined interview process, extremely professional recruitment experience. I've been through 3 rounds and have a 4th scheduled for next week. Round 1 - phone interview with recruiter, Round 2 - video call with a manager and a Sr. Associate, Round 3 - video call with the group manager.

Behavioral interview techniques used for the most part. Friendly interviewers that made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Interviewed with multiple people, up through the hiring manager--all positive feedback. Ghosted. Asked for an update on my candidacy. The recruiter said they'd get back to me ASAP. That was a month ago. Ghosted again. Not a good look.
